Brazil sees public sector primary deficit of 9.49 pct of GDP in 2020

BRASILIA, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's public sector registered a primary deficit of 703 billion reals (128.52 billion U.S. dollars) in 2020, equivalent to 9.49 percent of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and the seventh year in a row of numbers in the red, the Central Bank of Brazil said on Friday. On July 3, 2020, Al Jazeera through segment 101 East published a 26-minute short documentary (by Drew Ambrose and Jenni Henderseon) on how Malaysia treated illegal immigrants while Covid-19 was in critical condition (within the MCO). Locked Up in Malaysia's Lockdown Hidden away in the COVID-19 pandemic are Malaysia's migrant workers. For years, they have done the country's most dangerous, dirtiest jobs. Now, undocumented foreign workers are scared for their future.
