U.N. aid chief to Ethiopia on famine in Tigray: 'Get those trucks moving'

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - United Nations aid chief Martin Griffiths said on Tuesday he assumes famine has taken hold in Ethiopia's Tigray where a nearly three-month long "de-facto blockade" has restricted aid deliveries to 10% of what is needed in the war-torn region. Read full story

On July 3, 2020, Al Jazeera through segment 101 East published a 26-minute short documentary (by Drew Ambrose and Jenni Henderseon) on how Malaysia treated illegal immigrants while Covid-19 was in critical condition (within the MCO). Locked Up in Malaysia's Lockdown Hidden away in the COVID-19 pandemic are Malaysia's migrant workers. For years, they have done the country's most dangerous, dirtiest jobs. Now, undocumented foreign workers are scared for their future.
